Troubleshooting Common Issues

1. Wallet Connection Issues

Desktop Users: Open in a browser with a Web3 wallet extension (e.g., MetaMask). Ensure your wallet is unlocked and connected to the correct network.

Mobile Users: Use the Mises Browser or your wallet’s DApp section. Ensure compatibility with DApps and the correct network.

Supported Wallets: MetaMask, Rabby, and any Monad-compatible Web3 wallets.

If issues persist, clear the cache and restart the app.

2. Account Creation Problems

Transaction Delays: Blockchain transactions may take time. Avoid resubmitting to prevent duplicates.

Why? Confirmations depend on network congestion and gas fees. A delay doesn’t mean failure.

Solution: Refresh the page or check the transaction hash on a blockchain explorer.

3. Other Common Issues

Token Balances Not Showing: Connect to the correct network and refresh. If needed, manually add the token contract address.

Failed Transactions: Ensure you have enough gas fees. If needed, increase the gas limit.

Contract Interaction Errors: Grant necessary wallet permissions if prompted.
